An Excellent Way
The setting of goals and realizing them is an excellent way to accomplish ones desires and dreams. In reality it is the only way. Without the seting of realistic and achievable goals one will never attain their dreams.
The scoring of a double eagle is a most purposeful example of achieving excellence. Just as a golfer does not expect to score a hole-in-one or a double eagle their first time on the course, neither may an individual hope to accomplish a worthy goal without the utilization of a proper goal setting and accomplishing process to reach their goal.
The very best goals are smart goals… or better stated S.M.A.R.T. goals. S.M.A.R.T. is a useful acronym for the five characteristics of thought-out and well-designed goals. S.M.A.R.T. goals are: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-based.
The Double Eagle Club has teamed up with “Goals Guy”, Gary Ryan Blair. Gary is the President of The GoalsGuy Learning Systems. Gary believes that life will not go according to plan, if you do not have a plan. He shares this belief and his unique strategies with school systems and companies around the world such as IBM, NASA, General Electric, Federal Express, Ford and many more.

National Kids Goal Setting Week is a special event, which helps kids and teens to learn one of the most important of life’s skills, goal setting!
